Thanks to the TTP Facebook post on 10.15.15, I was able to catch Hamlet!Ben in my local theater. Had you not, I would have missed it and been completely crushed.

Your immediate post-Hamlet discussion was very enlightening. Like one or two of you who attended, I was not familiar with Hamlet going in–so thanks to the Hamlet primer in a previous episode, I at least had the gist of the story, though. And thank goodness! Had I not had that I would have been completely lost.

Anytime Ben was on stage my mind could only focus on the man. Forget trying to parse the old English. He was beautiful and brilliant. My initial thoughts were/are all shallow. I did notice the arms, though the fingers were not caught by the camera. I also enjoyed the ginger Cumbercurls, although I don’t think the camera caught any close ups of them sweaty and plastered to his neck. More’s the pity.

I’d been hoping for an encore performance so that I could focus on the plot, but I’m not sure one’s coming to a theater close enough. But you mentioned it’s coming out on video/dvd…? So I’ll look forward to that.

I also wanted to mention that I received my 221B or nor 221B tee-shirt in the mail the following day and I LOVE it!

    Thanks for all you do.
